A two-in-one program for training and nutrition. Six weeks of dedication to your own health. During the six weeks, you will be following a personalized nutrition program based upon your body type, dietary needs, and goals. Along with an easy-to-follow meal plan, I will provide training recommendations that can be done from your local gym or from the comfort of your home.
Say the gym isn't really your scene or maybe you don’t feel comfortable getting back into a complete training program. Not a worry! Movement is key and we can find multiple ways to incorporate movement throughout the day. Walks, gardening, stretching, taking the stairs rather than the elevator, etc. The options are endless!
Not only will you have a nutrition and training program ready to go, you will also have an accountability coach (Me!) to guide you throughout the six weeks. If at any moment you feel you might fall, I will catch you. Any questions or concerns you may have, I am just a message or call away. Whether you are looking to lose weight or gain muscle, this program is geared to you!
